Natasha Sumner, MBA, BSEE
Author & Spiritual Wellness Educator
Natasha blends structure with soulful healing — integrating her background in Engineering and business with decades in spiritual study. With expansive experience leading complex programs in corporate and community settings, she bridges the worlds of science and spirit to create accessible pathways to healing and transformation.
Her work is grounded in the belief that emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being are interconnected — and that when these systems come into harmony, a person’s true potential becomes unmistakably clear. As the author of Accept Who You Are: And Witness Your Reality Transform and the founder of Ascend5D, Natasha guides individuals to release limiting patterns, reconnect with inner truth, and rise into emotional stability and empowerment.
